Ngutu College, Building 2

Chappell Builders proudly undertook the 1,150m² refurbishment of a circa 1950s CSIRO facility, transforming Building #2 into a state-of-the-art educational centre for the ever-growing Ngutu College. This marks Chappell’s third successful project with the college, cementing our status as their ‘Builder of Choice.’ Our meticulous approach ensured the preservation of the building’s historic character while integrating modern amenities to meet the needs of today’s students and educators.

The project involved considered demolition and refurbishment to create a variety of dynamic spaces. These include advanced science laboratories, a creative studio, a comfortable student lounge, versatile classrooms, and specialised study areas. Additional facilities such as offices, amenities, a teacher education prep/learning space, and a tech-study zone were also developed. Outside, we created an inviting breakout area with a pavilion, fostering an environment conducive to both learning and relaxation. This project underscores our ability to deliver tailored solutions that support educational advancement.
