Chappell Builders proudly completed the Level 7 office fit-out at 100 King William Street for global professional services firm, Turner & Townsend.

The project transformed a vacant commercial tenancy into a contemporary and highly functional workplace, delivering a range of purpose-built spaces including meeting rooms, open-plan workstations, collaboration zones, wellness and quiet rooms, and staff breakout facilities.

Designed to support modern ways of working, the fit-out features timber-look joinery, feature acoustic panelling, bespoke locker storage, and glazed meeting rooms, creating a professional and welcoming environment. Turner & Townsend’s corporate branding has been seamlessly integrated throughout the space, resulting in a workplace that reflects the company’s identity while enhancing staff wellbeing, collaboration, and productivity.
