A bespoke office fit out and refurbishment in Adelaide’s CBD showcasing a sophisticated, contemporary aesthetic.

Chappell Builders completed 3 x 500m2 office fit outs for valued client Quintessential and the incoming tenants at 100 King William Street.

Works included full replacement of the Level 1 internal glass façade – executed seamlessly in a live environment; and 3000m2 of base building upgrades. The Fit Outs showcase a sophisticated, contemporary aesthetic – calming tones, warm textures, and bold design elements.
