Chappell Builders have completed our latest project in the Adelaide CBD. Once again engaged by Building Owner Quintessential and Project Managers Neoscape to design and construct four high-end office suites for prospective businesses on Level 14 at 30 Pirie Street.

Working in collaboration with JPE Architects and WSP Engineers, we delivered uniquely designed, modern workspaces. Each office suite features light-filled open work areas, generous meeting rooms, smaller quiet rooms and a stylish kitchen with a dedicated breakout space. All suites are fully equipped with upgraded building services throughout.
