St. Basil’s Aegean Village Aged Care

Chappell Builders was appointed to refurbish the existing main amenity building at Aegean Village in Adelaide’s southern suburbs.

Works also included a new kitchen, café, dining room, hair salon, and gym which were completed while the facility remained operational. The reception and main dining area were temporarily moved and a mobile kitchen including fridge, freezer and storage was installed to service the facility whilst the kitchen was being re-built.

Clear communication with stakeholders regarding the project plan and staging was paramount to ensure safe interaction with the staff, clients and suppliers.
