Advanced Dental Centre

Chappell Builders was appointed head contractor for the construction of the new Advanced Dental Centre, situated on the busy intersection of Cross Road and East Ave, Clarence Gardens.

The existing two storey residence was demolished to make way for the new 900m2 facility, which included five dental consulting rooms on the ground floor, as well as laboratory facilities, accounts and reception areas, and open office space on the first floor, suitable for additional tenancies.

The resulting facility is a modern, light-filled building with open-plan reception areas and consulting rooms overlooking the extensive tropical landscaping around the site.
