Mt Barker Home Maker Centre Extension

 Chappell were engaged by the developer to deliver an extension to the existing Mt Barker Home Maker Centre which comprised of five new tenancies, a new car park, and new outdoor seating area.

The Chappell team set out to construct the base building works for the new tenancy fit outs. These included significant anchor tenant JB Hi-Fi along with Horizon Leisure, Beacon Lighting & Adairs.

The build came together in 12 months, from precast erection to completion.
