NDIA Office Fitout

Chappell Builders completed a fitout of Level 3, 50 Flinders Street. The 1800m² fitout consisted of services upgrades, ceilings, partitions, structural steel for operable walls, new internal windows and doors and furnishing. Works were completed in an occupied premium building requiring a high level of communication with the building management for the co-ordination of material deliveries. Significant changes were requested during the works and which Chappell managed and co-ordinated during the construction works completing the works on time for client relocations.
