Local Government Office Fitout

This project at 99 Gawler Place involved the fit out of two commercial office tenancies over separate floors (Ground Floor and Level 13) for two local government bodies: The Small Business Commissioner and The Office of the Industry Advocate.

Works included new solid glazed partitions, plasterboard and feature timber detailing, electrical and mechanical services, joinery and the supply and installation of locally sourced furniture and workstations.

This marked our first project with Spotless, one of Australia’s leading providers of integrated facilities services, with whom we have gone onto complete more successful work.
