Gary J Smith Office Refurbishment – Plympton

Chappell Builders was engaged to carry out the internal refurbishment of the existing office for Gary J Smith Real Estate on Marion Road, Plympton. Works included new walls, glazed partitions, floor coverings, ceilings, power and data, and bathroom and kitchen upgrades.

Our project team worked closely with the client to ensure the refurbishment catered to their business needs as well as bringing their aesthetic vision to life. The project was completed in a 10 week period and delivered one week earlier than the original programmed completion date.

The outcome is a meticulously crafted and stunning presentation of a modern, open plan office space which provides staff with a welcoming, productive and visually appealing work environment.
