Chappell Builders successfully delivered the redevelopment of the Rice Building at Rostrevor College, transforming the former single‑storey lecture hall into a contemporary two‑level learning facility.

Working in collaboration with Edge Architects, the project involved a full internal reconfiguration, including the removal of the existing amphitheatre seating and façade to allow for the construction of a new structural framework and suspended concrete slab within the original building envelope.

The completed facility features a modern health hub along with upgraded amenities designed to enhance functionality, accessibility, and the overall student experience.
