Referral Program

Chappell Builders employees can receive between $2000 and $5000 when they make an employee referral that leads to a successful, ​permanent hire. You’ll even be eligible for a $1000 upfront payment for any referral of a category 1 referral. ​

If you’re not an employee and you make an employee referral to Chappell Builders that leads to a successful hire, you could receive a $1000 gift card! To be eligible, the referral must be successfully hired as a permanent employee of BADGE. Any external referrals can be emailed to recruitment@chappell.com.au.
